I paid for the product. How long do I have to wait for my parcel to be shipped?
Usually it takes 1-3 days to fulfill and ship your order.
Pricing & delivery time
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and location. Before confirming your order in checkout, you will be shown the cost of shipping.
How to track the status of an order?
After placing an order, we will send email notifications about the status of the order. If you don't receive notifications, contact us via email support@openface.io. We will check the status of your order and send you tracking information.
The parcel arrived in non-appropriate form (torn packaging, product spilled).
We are very sorry that this happened! Sometimes this happens when transporting things. Send us photos of the damaged packaging via email: support@openface.io. We will send you a new product for free.
Custom fees outside of the EU
For orders delivered outside of the European Union, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your local customs authority. These fees are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as they vary widely depending on the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
